Credit Card Processing

All credit card charges whose due date has arrived will be displayed on the charges screen.
To prevent errors, credit card processing is not performed automatically and requires an additional click for approval.
On the charges interface, charges that have not yet reached their due date will not appear.

Billing - Recurring credit card charges + Credit card debit by direct debit + statement

The EasyCard Billing system allows for recurring credit card charges and direct debit charges (preparing a file for the Mass Payment System). Additionally, the system enables generating organized reports on the executed charges.

Credit card charge and customer card.

Customer card information and credit card or bank standing order type are entered.
Each customer can choose their billing day and frequency (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.).
Change the billing amount before each transaction.
Card credit billing ranges, last billing date, or limitless billing can be established.
The billing amount can be specified in either Shekels or Dollars (if specified in Dollars, the system will convert the amount to Shekels during the billing procedure).

Recurring Payment Charge

On the charges screen, all recurring payments that have attained their due date will be displayed.
The charge is not processed automatically; additional confirmation is required to prevent errors.
On the charges interface, charges that have not yet reached their due date will not appear.
It is not possible to charge a recurring payment more than once in the same month (although a one-time charge can be used to add an additional charge).
Performing a standing order charge does not generate an actual charge; rather, it generates a file for the MSB software that can be used to transmit the actual transactions.

One-time charge

This option allows you to charge the purchaser a one-time fee. If the consumer already exists in the system, you can process the transaction immediately by selecting their file number or name, and their payment information will be displayed. You may also use alternative payment information for the transaction.

Customers' ad hoc credit card payments can also be processed.

Reports

The Easycard invoicing system permits you to charge a credit card with standing orders and debit bank standing orders (system file preparation with a number). In addition, the system permits the generation of organized reports on the charges incurred.

Importing Transactions

It is possible to import transactions directly from external programs via a file into the payment system, for both credit card charges and direct debit instructions.

The optimal solution for any business that processes recurring customer charges based on fixed credit card charges or direct debit instructions from a bank account.
